Orders and products: Our
products are sold on a first come first serve base. When out of stock we will
backorder or refund your money. No rain checks. All our products are shipped
from Hawaii to guarantee that they are fresh from the source and not have been
shipped to and shelved in a warehouse on the mainland. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately
display the attributes of products, including the applicable colors; however,
the actual colors you see will depend on your computer system. We cannot
guarantee that the displayed colors on any computer screen are the actual colors
of the product.
Sales Tax:
No sales tax due to orders originating outside the State of Hawaii. Orders
originating within
the State of Hawaii are subject to a 4.712% General Excise Tax on the product
and shipping and will be added at
checkout.
Order and Email
confirmations: All information regarding a password request, order, invoice
and shipping notifications and other important information will be sent
by email only. Sometimes these emails may be caught by your "Spam Protection"
tool, or may be automatically sent to your "Junk" or "Bulk" email folder by your
internet/email provider. Please be sure to check those locations if you don't
receive emails shortly after your order. This is usually the case for all
ecommerce. You can prevent this to add our address (all email that ends

Privacy, Payment & Security
statement: SIPhawaii respects the privacy of those who visit our site. We do
not sell, rent, exchange or share any of the information you provide to us.
SIPhawaii does not send promotional email to its customers. All
information collected on this site is used for the sole purpose of processing
and fulfilling orders. We will never send an e-mail asking you information such
as your user ID name, passwords and Social Security Number. If at anytime you

For your safety the system requires the 3
digit Card Verification Value code on the back of your
MasterCard or Visa Card or the 4 digit code on the front of your American

picture below. Also during the online order verification process the billing address
that you have entered will be compared against the billing address that is filed
at your credit card company issuing bank. Please double check your billing
address details otherwise your order will be refused by the Address Verification
System (AVS). Your billing address should be as printed on your monthly
Credit Card statement. If your bank does not support AVS checks your order will

otherwise. We usually ship same or next day -24/6 (excluding holidays). The average national delivery time after pickup is
2-3 business
days according to USPS - www.usps.com. Note that transit times might vary,
particularly during peak periods. Shipping delays due to inspections by customs
and security are beyond our control and might occur. As soon as your order has been shipped
you will receive a shipping confirmation by email and when available a tracking
code will be supplied. Due to price/size restrictions
large orders could be split into two or more separate shipping packages. As soon
as your ordered products leave our office they are considered as sold over the
counter. All purchases from this web site are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. Although we pay attention to packaging SIPhawaii is not responsible
for loss, theft or damage of the shipped products (including melted, softened,

Refund and Returns policy:
See also 'Final sales' and 'Bulk orders'. Our refund policy is that we will
refund the purchase price of the product(s), less the cost of shipping, of any
unopened product or unused garment within 30 days of purchase. Return mail will be the customers
responsibility. For fashion items a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase
price might apply. Do not iron, treat, remove and/or reattach any tags from
garments/fashion items or you will not qualify for a refund. Before shipping
fashion items are thoroughly checked for damages, spots, loose buttons, hemming,
straps and properly working zips. Most of our garments are 100% cotton and are
also wrinkle sensitive during packaging and shipping. Please inspect your
garment before ironing, wearing and removing tags and report any complaints
within 48 hours of receipt to sales[-]siphawaii.com. Apply be email for a return
number (returns[-]siphawaii.com) before returning your purchase. Refunds will be paid by check
only. No
refunds will be given on parcels returned to us by the carrier as a result of an
error in the address supplied by the customer, the addressee not being present,
failing to pick up at a PO Box, refusing shipment at time of delivery, or for
failure to obtain appropriate import license(s) on International orders.
Re-shipping is possible at cost plus a $ 5.00 handling fee.
Refund for cancelled orders

Bulk orders: Our refund
policy does not apply to bulk orders = order(s) for the same item/product with a
value of over $100.00 by one or intended to be for the same customer within 30
days. If an order exceeds a certain quantity of one product/item we might
consider this as a bulk order and we will inform you before we ship.
Trade and Samples: We do
receive requests for samples regularly. Some are genuine, some are not.
Please order your samples through the regular online shopping cart. Unopened
products that you think that might not be suitable for your business can be returned
within 30 days for a refund. Our terms and conditions on this page apply. We look forward
