Coffee BREWING TIPS for coffee beans and ground coffee:

Preheating thick coffee mugs or coffee cups - filled with water- in the microwave for one minute prevents
that your coffee doesn't cool down immediately when pouring and stays warm longer.
When using Mulvadi coffee, the most important element of a perfect cup of coffee is the water.
If tap water is high in mineral content or impurities, a good choice is to switch to a quality bottled water or water filter.
To brew use a French Press or a high-grade drip coffee maker with unbleached - natural paper coffee filters.
For peak flavor use 1 to 2 level tablespoons of coffee and 6 oz. cool water. For milder coffee, add slightly more water before brewing.

To prevent bitterness, remove the coffee grounds and coffee filter when finished brewing.

Coffee left on the warming plate will continue “cooking”. Best is to pour the left over coffee into a thermal pot,
preferably one with a vacuum seal. The latest brewers come with a thermal pot instead of the traditional electricity wasting warmer plate.
It pays to pre-heat the thermal canister with hot tap water for about 5 minutes.
In all circumstances keep coffee warm around 190 degrees and serve within 30 minutes.
